THE ULTIMATE BIRTHDAY WEEK

Have you ever read the book “Karlsson-on-the-Roof”? He was the main character who said “It is better to have 8 cakes and one candle than one cake and 8 candles”. In the last 8 days I had 6 birthday cakes and only one of them had candles. Hahhaha! All of them I made myself and all of them were tasty!

The first cake was the smallest. About that I wrote in one of my blog posts. Very easy and tasty. And it disappeared in one day! That means something! Hahah

I decided to take Carrot cake to my job. Most of my colleagues ate two slices and even asked for recipe. I’m happy about that!

In my actual birthday I made lemon tart. In that evening it was so sour that the next day I made whipped cream and then it was excellent! What else could you expect from 5 lemons? :D 

 

On Saturday when my babes came to my birthday party I made something new. It had biscuit base. Then I cut some bananas, on them I put condensed milk and then whipped cream. So much calories, so easy to make, and so tasty. This cake disappeared so fast. Everybody liked it and I am so happy about that. Definitely will make some more. 

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with my family. And I made classic cheese cake. My challenge about this was not only transport it to from point A to point B but also to bake it in the big cake form because we were so many. And everything went good.

After so much sugar and parties for the next cake you can wait for a while. Such a nice birthday week I had! Thanks to everyone who came and celebrated with me!
